Please remove sounding banners

They are really annoying (at least for me).
It's ok to have banners and I understand the reason. But every time you just pass over one of them with the mouse they make some strange sound, I think it's annoying...

Which banners are you referring to?

Please give the link.

Sometimes on the main postcrossing page when I request an address one comes up that says "You have won". I'll check the URL next time I encounter it.

I think it's just the google ad banners on rotation?? The sounding ones are just added by the ad sponsor.

Yes some of the google banners... I'm not sure how to link a banner, but one has to do with mobile phones, and the other is a scary laugh...
And it's in the forum, not on the official site (at least I never seen on the official site)

Hover your mouse over the advert. Right mouse click and a new menu box appears. Select 'copy link location' and that will put the banner advert link into your coputers memory.

Come back here and paste (ctrl V if on a PC, sorry I don't know the shortcut for a Mac) from your computer memory the link in a message here so I can see which adverts are causing the problem.

Unfortunately it is a Flash ad, so the right mouse click has a different effect, giving several options for Adobe Flash Player, but not the option for copying the link location.

This is the site where it goes, though, when I click on the ad: http://my.internetgiftpromotions.com/SplashPage.aspx?g=acdf0eb2a22a...

It's a banner that I got on the right hand side of the screen on the screen to register a postcard. The banner flashes and a voice says "Congratulations, you have won."

And here's a screenshot: http://swan4.multiply.com/photos/album/9#14
