How to post a new gathering, meet-up, or convention

To make it easier for people to see upcoming meetings as well as for moderators to keep track of them, please follow these guidelines when posting new meetings.

Country, City/Region, Date

If the person who wrote the first post is unavailable to make changes, please report the post to the moderators so we can assist in making the changes.
