I have now tried four different browsers - Internet Explorer, Firefox, Google Chrome & Safari - and I can no longer update images of cards I am sending.

Try a different computer.

If none of your browsers will let you from the same computer then it is either a computer issue, a firewall setting on the computer or a virus checker etc. not allowing the uploads.

None of my settings have changed & I am not prepared to interfere with the firewall. I never had this problem until today. I will just have to rely on receivers uploaading the images.

Unfortunately this is one of several reasons why I will probably stop using the site.

Cards you have SENT can only be updated by you as long as they are NOT registered. Once this has happened, only the receiver can.

I don't think it's a site issue though. I was having issues a while ago. It was taking over 30 minutes to upload an image. I happened to uninstall my my antivirus and upload a later version and unintentionally solved the image upload issue. I hadn't changed any settings either.

@Turquoiseozzie

No changes were done recently on Postcrossing regarding file uploads and there's still many uploaded every day.

Do you have a way to try in a different computer and/or different internet connection? That would reduce the number of possible causes to determine what may be causing it.

That said, what exactly happens when you try? Does it take a long time? Does it give an error message? Does it timeout?
