SOLVED - Card Received, User not able to register

A while ago I've sent card BE-104648 to user Honay in China. This can take a while, but after a month of no news I've sent a message describing my card to them, and the user confirmed they received my card. So I asked them to register, but got a message back that they didn't know how. I've sent a few more messages with links to the FAQ and explanations, each time the user logged on but didn't manage to register:

"I'm sorry that i did the thing you told me ,but the system said it was something wrong and I can't find where the mistake is. So I couldn't register your card."

They sent 3 cards but have registered none. I don't know if it's a matter of computer skills or a bug that is hindering the registration. Anything that can be done? The card did arrive, so it's a bit sad that it is now listed as expired.

Solved!

I contacted the web admins via the contact form, they've send some explanations and it seems to have worked - the card is registered! Phew. And they managed to register another expired one too I see, someone in Germany must be happy as well :)
