Last sunday september 4th there was a report about postcrossing in german tv (lokalzeit geschichten) on wdr. That is where I found this service.

Yeah, same here, I saw exactly that and joined postcrossing because of it
...wow, you can get WDR in France and watch it? As it's about the Cologne Area, I thought no one outside Cologne watched that. Well, maybe you come from there originally and just moved to France.

Just saw the Deutsche Welle Euromaxx program here in Florida. 5 or 6 DW programs are shown here each weekday (no weekends) in the afternoon. I did not get the name of the postcode member but it seemed like such a good idea that I searched for it on the computer and joined right up.
I have watched the Deutsche Welle shows for several years and enjoy seeing news and human interest stories from a different perspective.
