Nice places Rita , think they have several cards there. ( If we ever meet in Esbjerg we could go to Blåvand and area too , here they have several "Westcoast "cards). Yes love the Faroe Islands , I have a friend who is from there and went there 2010 .... nice cards in the old bookshop in Thorshavn and the Information is right beside !

Oh and you are wellcome to "Sønderjylland " and Flensborg too.

It would be great to make trips to Sønderjylland as well Christa, But I supose it would be a bit to far away to go to Faroe Islands. even it would be great with cards from there as well. They are quit rare. Well Iwas thinking about Fanoe / Fanø island just outside the Esbjerg Harbour. Theres a great museum there, selling nice Fanø cards, and with the typical Fanø dresses as well. I went there in the summer 2011. We could easely take a trip to Blåvand as well. And we could have a good selection of cards from the Southern part of the Westcoast too.

Beside the above idea's to Postcard towns. I think that it could be great with towns as: Viborg. Tønder, Christiansfeld, Ebeltoft, Aabenraa, etc. etc. etc.

You are right Christa. When we are retired we have enough time to travel arround. I can see it, the 3 of us, with our rolators rushing to the postcard stores. If anyone cross our way, we will hit time with our walking sticks or our umbrellas. HA ha . The Postcard gang is still alive. Smile.

Oh yes Christa we might be moviestars on our old days. Or at least someone well known in the centre of many cities arround the country, as the strange old ladies, rushing from the one stand with postcards to the other, pushing everybody on our way, to the side. Smile

Ha ha Crista. Just found out the other day that I already are famous one place. Saturday I went to Kolding Storcenter with Elmar. And ofcourse I went to the Tourist information to see if they had any new cards. After all it was arround 4 month ago since I went there last time. Back then I had a chat with the lady there, about postcards, back then she could remember that it was only short time ago since I went there last time. It must have been arround the middle of December. And I told her that I always came to see if they had any new cards when I was in the Centre. Well so I went there with Elmar Saturday and the first thing the lady in the information said was: well we haven't got any new cards since last time !!!!!. Do I need to say that Elmar DID NOT believe it, that I tried to tell him that I NEVER NEVER NEVER had bought card there before, it simply was the first time ever, and the lady had to mix me up with someone else? He he. Well Elmar didn't believed me. He already heard about this mad woman in the southern part of Jutland. who buys all these postcards arround the country.
Even the mailman, rang our door a while ago, and told Elmar that he was married with the person in the whole community who received most cards. Another place that I got famous. Smile
