International postcard swap and exhibition in Kingston-upon-Thames - Send and receive art postcards
The International Youth Arts Festival invites you and anyone between the ages of 5 and 26 years to take part in this year's international postcard
swap: ‘Let Me Introduce Myself’
Take a piece of postcard sized card (15cm x 10.5cm) and be creative with any material you can think of be it oil paint, ink, dried pasta, buttons,
pictures and introduce yourself to the world! You may also like to add some writing to your piece. Think about what represents you.
Your artwork will be exhibited during this year’s International Youth Arts Festival, Kingston-upon-Thames 29th June- 6th July 2012 and also online at
http://www.schoolswaps.net
After the exhibition you will receive a different postcard back (or a selection of cards if you send us more than one) from somewhere else around the
world.
This project is a great opportunity to share something about yourself, your home, surroundings, personality and emotions with thousands of other young
people. This is also a fantastic school or group project where students can work together.

We want your postcard to include your name, age and country. Please write these clearly on your postcard when you introduce yourself. When sending,
