[Inactive Member] Does send, not receive.

Hello.

I have sent the user hejing a card, 76 days ago.
I've sent a second card, 46 days ago.
I've sent a third card, 16 days ago.

There isn't a chance she hasn't received any of these cards.

Her received cards was 67. Her sent cards was 69 (76 days ago.)

The amount of sent cards is now: 79.

So, she continuous sending cards, but doesn't register any..
Is there anything you can do about this?

When you click on the IDs you can see that the three addresses to Russia were requested in March already. Because it takes so long for a postcard to arrive Russia they got registered only now. It looks like as if she sent them recently but that's actually not the case.

At this point there isn't much anyone can do about it. It is still possible that your second and third cards both will arrive to her one day. It just takes time sometimes. :)

I myself send replacement cards only long after expiry and only if the recipients are sending and receiving regularly. If the second card never arrives to its destination, either, I'll forget it and move on. :)
