"12/01/20 (?)
I am sending you a card showing a wolf, they can be seen in French mountains. They have been reintroduced in our woods and forests because they were endangered.
I wish you a beautiful year 2020."

More literally it's something like" Infinity is reflected in the laughter of the happy".

It says :

I'm sending you a wolf postcard, we can find some in our French mountains. This animal was reintroduced in our woods and forests because it was in danger of extinction.
I wish you a beautiful year 2020.

It means 'Guiping (No.)3 Middle (School)'.
Guiping is a city in Guangxi, and you can see the middle school on this map (take the satellite image)
https://www.google.com/maps/place/Guiping+No.3+Middle+School/@23.377...

Apparently the photo of the card has been taken from east towards the west, as you can see the mountains in the background.

Who is the guy in this drawing? Is he a real guy or just a drawing? The sender also doesn't know.

https://www.postcrossing.com/postcards/RU-7621866

I tried to googled the girl's name on the card, I think it's the artist but I didn't get any information.
