User never registers cards?

Hi there, I was just assigned a postcrossing user who has been active for 9 months. It seems he sent sent out a bunch of cards in December 2016, then in February 2017 requested more addresses, but did not send out the actual cards until months later, as they were all registered in late August. He has sent 9 cards.

His number of received cards? Zero.

I am unsure what to do about this, as I don't want to send out a card only for it A) never to get registered and B) not be able to send another card for 60 days while I wait for it to expire.

Any suggestions? I emailed Postcrossing asking what to do.

I think you did the right thing and should sit tight until you hear from Postcrossing. Probably they will tell you to send the card, but they may also email the user to see if anything else is amiss. Since you have notified Postcrossing I do not see anything wrong with waiting until you hear from them before sending a card.

Multiple times to the same person? Why though? I never send more than one card.
