Registering an expired postcard

Hello!
I recently found 2 postcards stuck behind my mailbox. I want the senders to know I found them but I cannot register them because they are expired. What should I do? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Thank you,
Amy

You can absolutely register an expired postcard, so I assume these cards have been traveling longer than a year - by that time they drop off the system and you can indeed no longer register them.

What I would do is contact the team and ask them if they can give you the senders' usernames so you can send them a message and thank them. Good luck!
