Haha. That's normal la. I dream to work abroad also for a while, dunno where, but prefer Europe or Asia but sure got homesick :D

Uhm, what if you get married to a non-Malaysian? Go and follow him to his place or ask him to stay here? (I have to know. Seriously.)

Hello Malaysia! :D While I am reading the Malay language topics.. it's strange, you use many English words, one or even more in a sentence :) This is really funny, because many times I can understand something from your conversations :)

english is our 2nd language overhere and the language itself is very common here and widely used, sometimes we mixed english with the local language.

.. and it's called Rojak language :D (rojak=local favorite food with mixed veggies and all, and that brings to another meaning for Rojak: mixture). BTW, English with Malaysian style is unofficially called Manglish (Malaysian English).

This is how rojak looks like: (nothing to do with language):P

Nobody ever comes to Malaysia only to miss seeing the Twin Towers! I'd be happy to be your guide but I can't promise if I'll be in KL all the time. Maybe you can consult with asianpunk :) he's in KL and way more accessible than I am (I guess?:P)

its doesnt matter for now Ima, becoz next time when Glo come to Malaysia esp. KL, He will have a tourist guide. i think one of us in here will be proud to show and guide our foreign friends. Just set the time, and if one of us is free, maybe we can arrange a simple KL: tour of duty..hehehe

Great! But but.. I can't help but get curious of who Miss Sheila could be? The only popstar Sheila I know is Sheila Majid, but she's not likely to be called Miss Sheila, no? Then again I don't know many artiste like chat_noir does :D

I also got a v.great CD from ultzi with various Finnish songs and now am waiting for another CD with Mamba :) I just love the band and can't get tired listening to them again and again! XD

Yes, please, English only

The only Sheila Majid's song of my all time favorite is Hitam Putih Kehidupan, nice kan? :) Norsheila Amin who? Never heard that name pun?

But! If Miss Sheila is Sheila Majid, why bother calling her with different name? And she's no Miss no more in any sort, you see? :D

Huh! any miss sheila other then Sheila majid a.k.a Tipah ali Setan or Norsheila Amin?

Ima, you dont know who is Norsheila amin..she sang "rambu ba rambu ramba...ada cinta dalam dada..rambu ba rambu ramba, hanya dikau ku cinta..." i think she is a singer in early 90 like that.

Sanna! I m so happy to hear that you like listening to Malay songs - that is so cool! Sheila Majid is one of our famous local artists, she is known for her passion in singing mostly jazz type of songs. She does renders old Malays songs superbly too! Enjoy listening to her music!

Oh, yes, I'd love some!
I'm always trying to advertise Malaysia here, because most Germans go to Thailand and hardly know Malaysia exists!!!

I'll definitely be there next year but I miss the big shows in KL since they take place in August and I can only come in September. But I'm looking forward to it anyway!

Malaysia, truuuly Aaaaaasia!!!!

Awwww, I miss it!

The food, the shopping malls even the heat since it's autumn here now and rainy and cold (getting up to -10 degrees here in winter).

But they show the commercial on TV here. I'm always excited to see it during a commercial break :o)
