Favorites filter

Hello,

It would be nice to have a checkbox "Exclude already received" on Favourites page. It's just a simple filter that hides favourite cards addressed to this user.

Many people add to favourites the received cards they liked. It causes difficulties when you're exploring somebody's favourites list before sending a card. You have to search the Received page then to avoid duplicates. It's a monkey job, especially when a user has thousands of cards received, and you have to explore both your own and neighboring countries.

This feature is easy to implement but it would be very handy. As for me, I could add my received cards to favourites then. Now I don't do this because I don't want to receive duplicates.

Thanks.

Yes, yes and yes ;)
I would love this! I love sending favourites whenever I can, but I can certainly do
without the headaches the 'monkeys job' often brings :D

When going through someone's favorites, if I see a card that I have and could send to them - I just click on the card's ID and I can see who sent and received the card. If the receiver that I am sending to is listed then I don't send it. It takes about 3 seconds.

I don't see the point in asking for the limited Postcrossing developer resources to be used to create functionality that already exists in a perfectly usable fashion. As a non-profit, Postcrossing is very limited in what it can do - this functionality already exists.
