I would love to get some addresses to send postcards, especially Adrienne and Kate (thank you for pen and postcards). Everyone else too. I will clean out my U2U's so I have room if you would like to send me your address for a postcard. I also wanted to get the name of the card store in Japan town that Kate was telling us about. My postcards are on their way back to San Francisco to my uncle/aunt who will mail them so they will be postmarked San Francisco.

To Adrienne and Gerry, it was an honor meeting you, safe travels home ;-)

Hi Dawn (did I remember your name right? please correct me, if I'm wrong!). I would be happy to send you my address. I would actually ask you for a favor... I will u2u you :)
So I will also post here the name of Japan town store here, so everyone can read it. It calls kinokuniya. It's a huge store, and postcards are sold in sets, as I remember, on second floor.
They also have a website, http://www.kinokuniya.com/
You should choose USA as your country. You can also order some cards from there to be shipped to you, or to the store for pick up.

Some eBay suggestions for postcard books, especially when they first started selling on eBay, satisfied with every purchase
1)lost-treasures-sales
Always in excellent condition, items start @ .99 and reasonable shipping
2)printed matter II
Bought a couple, not so inexpensive, I still check often, I want the kissing box of postcards but don't want to pay that much, I check this seller often

If you would like a USPS postcard from a collection of USPS postcards, please check with me, ebay breaks up the collections and sells individual postcards for a high price plus ridiculous shipping and handling. Also, I have listed my postcard books.

Postcard Book: The Simpsons
Postcard Book:Norman Rockwell
Postcard Book:Will Barnett
Postcard Book:American Women's Children Illustration
Postcard Book:Edward Curtis: Native Americans
Postcard Book: Wayne Thiebaud
Postcard Book: No More, a gallery of protests and demonstrations
Postcard Book: Postmarked Yesteryear
Postcard Book: Edward Hopper
Postcard Book: World Trade Center Remembered
Postcard Book: Kitchen
Postcard Book: Hugs and Kisses
Postcard Book: Where's Waldo
Postcard Book: Children on a Farm x2 (Iowa)
Postcard Book: Charley Harper x2
Postcard Book: SanRio
Postcard Book:Kliban x3
Renoir
Monet
Angels
Leslie Anne Ivory Cats
Zazzle (many themes) very nice including President and First Lady, don't poo-poo a Zazzle postcard, they can be very unique and some artist only sale on Zazzle
Dogs
Cats
Jetto, Choo-Choo
Lancy
Moomin
Vanity Fair
Pixar
Sacramento
California Capitol Building
Old Sacramento
USPS America on the move, 505, tins and chromes
USPS Disney (all)
USPS Fly by Snoopy
USPS American dolls
USPS LOVE
USPS American Illustrators

Oh, and some beautiful San Francisco postcards that are keepers ;-)

Dawn

I apologize they are not scanned for review. Do you have a preference for a postcard of mine?

Note: Zazzle = fruit, desserts, coffee, cartoons, animals (big and small) Kawaii, cute, candy, ice-cream, food, recreated vintage, fantasy, unicorns, floral, birds, Alice in Wonderland, so, so many!

One more comment I mentioned to Kate at lunch, The Laughing Elephant is another place you might look for postcard books. Some my be repeats from Amazon but always worth a look.
