If we're having dinner around 6pm I would love to stay. :)
I still have a train at 9pm but that would be the very last decent connection.

I designed together with 2 friends 20 Wolkenkrabbels postcards. Usually, you can only purchase Wolkenkrabbels cards via our website http://www.wolkenkrabbels.nl. At the meeting you can however buy these Wolkenkrabbels cards from me. If you buy them from me, the cards are slightly cheaper, because you do not have to pay for shipping. Below a black and white and a coloured Wolkenkrabbels card are shown.

These cards are great by the way. Bought some at another meeting. ;)

A little less then a week and it's so far :p Tomoyohime, the kitchen opens at 6pm at the Irish pub, but I have arranged it that if we order around 5.45 pm; they start our food as the first when the cook starts cooking again :)

Is there an easy parking place for my car at the Sint Pieters Gent station?

There is a parking near the Sint Pieters station, but it's a paid parking. There aren't a lot of free parkings in Gent.

http://www.projectgentsintpieters.be/bereikbaarheid/parkeren

If you want to park cheaper or for free, you can always try the park and ride near Gent Expo and take the tram to the center of the city. It stops at the train station and takes about 10 minutes or less from the parking to the station. Trams normally ride every 8 minutes (during the week) and I think 12 minutes during the weekend.

Top!

Lol, I'm getting super nervous. Won't think I will be able to sleep. Can you imagine, it's only my second meeting and I'm allready organizing one. I'm getting really scared that everything will go wrong and I will be too late, or nobody will show up at the station, or be at the wrong station...

Yes, thank you to siliun for organizing, it was much appreciated! I'm glad the weather was decent, too, it would have been a much different day if it had been raining! It was nice to meet everyone!
