Private wall for travelling cards?

I have up to 45 cards travelling at a time, and I would like it a lot if I could get an quick overview of the images for these (I always scan my outgoing cards). Of course, it should only be visible to me...

Yes I like this idea. So far I have only 17 "in the air" (one more sent and I will have 18) but I notice that I send the same card within a week of each other occasionally as I forget I just sent it and think "oh yes that's a nice card I'll send it".

If I could see a private postcard wall of my sent maybe I would give my head a shake and send something else.

Doesn't anyone else like this idea?

Yes I like it and I suggested it earlier.
But there is a very simple solution.

Keep the scans of your travelling cards in their own map.
As soon as one arrived, move it to another map or delete it.
This way you have a nice (private) overview of your travelling cards (with bigger thumbnails if you like ;-)

I already have all my scans on my PC, but I would like to have it all in one place...

Maybe also a wall for my expired cards, which would be a sort of monument to those who tried bravely to arrive, but never made it.

But they are all in one place =-) On your PC.
Unless you're someone who never makes folders and dumps images on one big pile :frog:
Then it's still no problem to make a new folder called "Travelling" or something and re-direct your scans there or move them there.

This is something I'd very much like as well. Like NerdBird, I do keep scans of all my cards on my PC and I used to tag the travelling cards so that I could see them easily. I gave up doing this though because I wasn't sufficiently reliable about remembering to untag them when they were received!

I suggested this a while ago, is this what you mean?
Thumbnails get added to the already exsisting "sent postcards" wall.
This would be nice indeed and it's private
