GROUP 1086

CFonvil1 - A card of Turner Field in Atlanta, home of the Braves. I've been to many fields, but have yet to see a game in Atlanta (although I did walk around the new stadium while there for a conference.

GROUP 1090
femamerica13 - Large Letter "Greetings from California". Also, I've never played Animal Crossing. I'll admit, I'm a bit behind the times with things like that.

Thank you both!!

Rec'd #1088

cruzin Petrified Forest National Park a great travel postcard, thanks. Hope you got all your cooking done. I have to admit cooking is not one of my favorite things to do. I'm happy with cereal lots of times.

Rec'd #1093
littleredtamale lovely shell postcard. We seem to have lots incommon. Walking, gardening, Harry Potter, and you won't believe it but today I just ordered a paddleboard. It will be here Monday, I live by the river so I am excited to spend sometime on it. Have you been enjoying yours?
pamusaohio love that you picked a card on the spur of the moment for me. I love whimsical cards. It did make me smile too.
femamerica13 Large letter Greetings from California postcard, fabulous. So nice your dad has so many photos of homelife with his family. That will be a treasure someday.
travelingkate Chicago river bridge... I am sure having all the bridges up was very strange. I have been avoiding trips to Chicago right now, trains were only running Sunday schedules and I hate to want to head home from Chicago only to find out I missed the train and another one isn't going for 2 hours. Be safe with all the new openings.

Michelle May I join another small group

Got it!

Group 1090 - I received a delightful California Big Letter card from femamerica! You know, I'd never even thought about the fact there seems to be no Big Letter card for "USA!" Thanks, Elisa :D

Group 1096 closed and I just sent the address list.

Thank you for all the posts

A few new cards in the mail yesterday!

Group 1090
femamerica13 sent a California big letter card. It will be great for you to have your best friend in school with you.

EmilyAnn sent an Arndt Disney Concert Hall PC. That is one gorgeous, yet weird, building. I can't believe it's almost July 4th either! I stopped by my vet's office the other day to pick up anxiety meds for my dog for that day. Loved the vintage stamps and typewritten labels!

Group 1094
EmilyAnn sent a PC of Marcus Books in Oakland, California. I usually visit my son in Ventura in June and really missed the June gloom this year. One of my favorite things to do is go to Mugu rock and watch the dolphins cruising the shoreline looking for breakfast. More great vintage stamps.

Received:
Group 1085, travelingkate, the Chicago River decked out in green splendor for St. Patrick's day. Good luck on your move!

Group 1088, Cruzin, super freak-tacular Tim Burton card. Awesoome. And someone who loves John Oliver too! That is my favorite stamp in the sheet.

Group 1090:
Shesa-renegade, a beautiful Mexican Art card, very evocative. I have been sucked into online shopping withdraw on here and Facebook, offering items from Mtg and Unicorn Snot. I did score a pair of Earth shoes. On the cheap though.

Letsgopens,a b/w card of writing tablets. What can I say? It's beautiful. I sure hope you are up to the strenuous task of floating in your pool, LOL!

Travelingkate, One Flew Over the Cukoo's is an AMAZING book, don't give up. The movie is pretty gritty.

Thank you!

1090 and 1093
femamerica13 I'm seeing double and got the same postcards on the same day, lol! Thanks for the great big letter state name cards! I also enjoy adult coloring books. I also love paint by color although I haven't done one in a long time. Have you done any wine and paint nights? Those are so fun!

1094
emilyann I haven't been to LAX! Hopefully some day though :) The coolest airport I've been to was the Jewel in Singapore.

I have several updates!

GROUP 1075: I have received all!
alm74--A great PC of a lithograph of the London Zoo. It is always fun to watch birds when there are bird feeders around.
TandemStoker--A PC of Colorado trails and the mountain peaks. It's so cool! We ventured out to the mall the other day, which was very weird. It was mostly empty and only about half of the stores were open, but it was nice to venture a bit.

GROUP 1082: I have received all!
monkeyflower--A PC of Oakland Feather River Camp with a bunch of towels hanging out and drying. It really seems to signify summer, doesn't it?

GROUP 1083:
Shesa-Renegade--I adore this PC of a vintage ad of various tape measures. For our wedding, our wedding favor were tape measures. We spent a bit of time deciding on different types of tape measures, so this is quite cute! And your decor and stickers are so cute! :)

GROUP 1085:
TandemStoker--Such a beautiful bouquet of flowers! I'm glad your dryer is all settled!
monkeyflower--A hillarious PC a woman "wearing a mask"! Thanks for the laugh.
femamerica13--The Golden Gate Bridge. How is your name pronounced? Is it like Alyssa?
Shesa-Renegade--A vintage PC of Old Weir Bridge in Ireland. We are really enjoying various places around our new neighborhood to go on walks, but more new places is always great!
TravelingKate--A marquee of the Chicago Theater. I have passed the theater many times, but never gone to a show there. I have read Educated, and I loved it.

Thank you all! :)

Group 1084 - received all; also sent them out at least a week and a half ago

AmphipodGirl sends a California Academy of Sciences postcard featuring art of many cool animals including what I think is Claude the white alligator, a penguin, an octopus, and other ocean life.

AccentOnHakes sends a cute photograph/drawing hybrid of some dolphins. I played a game as a kid that let you dress up animals too (Petz 4...that was my jam).

EmilyAnn sends a Pantone card, 345, which is like a dark seafoamy color. June sure did go by quickly...I have had a lot on my plate at work and sooo many family visits.

CFonvil1 sends a beautiful Lantern Press card prominently featuring a hammerhead shark. I hope you've made it to the beach by now! We were supposed to be in the Bay Area this weekend but both events we were meant to go to got canceled ages ago. :[

Thank you all for the wonderful postcards

I'll join another group :)

Got some cards to report!

1087

Sleepykitty- A quote "Only those who are prepared to go too far can possibly know how far they can go" - Hemingway. Very inspirational! I will check out Gattaca.

1092- California card. Thanks for recommending the series!

That closes 1092 for me. Another group please, Michelle.

hootnoodle- Card of Brahms. Yeah, although I didn't attend any demonstrations either, I tried to do my best to help by donating and signing petitions. But it's impressive you wrote more than 150 emails!

AccentOnHakes- Yellowstone National Park Card. I haven't been there before (such a shame!).
